She ended up driving by my house to drop off the part one day, very nice! Thank you. It would be nice if Ridgid would pay for shipping, I am already fixing the machine myself versus going through warranty (repairs are backed up for months)."

"They are the most inefficient and slowest response for warranty repair of my electric edge trimmer. It is been there more than 5 months but still I couldn't get it now. They always told me they will contact me whenever it is finished but since the work never finished they never call me. Each time I vosot there they complained manufacturer and thier employee. That is thier problem and that is not the reason why my trimmer is not done yet. Don't try to buy or request to repair anything on this store unless you will test limit of your paitient."
