"Was visiting from England in August at the height of the hot Summer. Found this place by chance. The meat quality was excellent and the customer service was also excellent. We travelled in from Palm Springs to collect our order, everything was ready and the meat was placed in a Ice-Bucket to help keep it cool for the two hour journey back with outside temperatures hitting 115 deg Fahrenheit. We also found all the Masalas and other items needed for preparing meals. Highly recommend Desi Market in Hawthorne for excellent personal service."
