"It's a pretty weird place to shop (for someone visiting from the UK). There is some cool stuff in there, but there's also lots of junk. It's one of those places where if you've got time to 'hunt' you can find some great items."

"Had a very strange experience with a very rude employee at the entrance to the dressing room today. They make you put all of your clothing on a rack so that they can count the number of items you have, which is fine. Then they give you a placard with the number of items that you have and send you to your dressing room. When you are finished, they won't let you leave with the items that you intend on purchasing. They force you to place all the items back on the rack when you are finished so that they can be counted again. This shows a massive lack of trust for their customers. I imagine that the store is doing this due to theft concerns, however, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be visiting this store again after experiencing this. The funniest thing was that the second time I went through the dressing room, I flatly refused to comply with their ridiculous and rude policy, and took my single item that I was purchasing straight to the front to buy it, and did not stop to let the dressing room attendant count it, purely on principle. The dressing room attendant absolutely lost it, and called her manager over, and her manager obviously did nothing because I had done nothing wrong, but it all goes to show just how rude and unprofessional the dressing room attendant was. Some people just have an axe to grind! It would be much more ideal if this store hired friendly and professional people instead of angry and confrontational people. I guess in this case, considering that this is an off-price retailer, you really get what you pay for!"

"Is the second time I walk thru the Clearence and find something nice , but has no price tag ? Find some one to check for price sticker , than at register they give other price ?is like im stilling from the store is embarrasing I dont like to argue I pay , but you should meke sure that some one is doing price tags . AND CASHIERS ACTING LIKE ...BLAH BLAH BLAH IF they are so Smart , why they are behind register ....they shoul be at NASA... PLEASE TAKE NOTE..."
