"This place is dirty, everything is out of stock, and the employees are horrible. I went in 7-11, expecting a free slurpee, only to be told it was a buy one, get one free. This guy doesn’t uphold the corporate strategy, rolling off customers. Shame on you. I will never return, ever."

"I came into the store to get coffee. The worker first refused to make a batch of fresh coffee stating that they’re not supposed to make fresh coffee at 5 PM in the afternoon for customers because they’re gonna throw it all away after one person gets coffee employee states that the owner doesn’t care about the customers and cares about money. -jhon as I was asking for him to make a fresh batch of coffee for the clients refuse to purchase from the store because they didn’t have fresh coffee. As having to witness customers leave because there’s no fresh coffee it is in the best interest for the store to have a fresh batch of coffee every time to not lose customers, and only because I was upset he made some new coffee. Jhon was a terrible customer service provider and decides to fight with customers instead of satisfying his customers I can only imagine what the owner actually is like considering that this employee talked to the owner about the situation and didn’t even care about the customer. If you want some chips or a quick grabs of ready, fresh made pizza, chicken nuggets, tenders, coffee, do you will not get that here, but at the very least they are open and they have hot Cheetos that you can pick up or bottled waters. Nevertheless, it was over a terrible experience today, and I hope you get your fresh coffee somewhere. To some people that matters, but I went in to get the coffee and a muffin and he didn’t honor the promotion they have for sale, and as little as it may seem isn’t. It is important to some people, but he didn’t honor the promotion and said he doesn’t care, and it doesn’t matter about the promotion just pay and leave, he was very eager to have me on my way. I have never experienced any store kicking out there customers that want to come in and purchase, and you know take advantage of promotions are available and being declined promotions, and being kicked out for wanting some fresh coffee, wanting to promotion It’s terrible experience."

"Dirty! This is one of the most nasty and disgusting 7-eleven stores I have ever seen. Mold and mildew in the cold refrigerators, the floors were sticky and dirty… totally disgusting!! I would never purchase the cooked food lord knows how that’s being handled! And they have a A in the window. Can’t be correct! The owner should be ashame to have such a dirty store"
