However, he was not transparent in the AT&T service plan offerings and did not discuss the various options available and immediately opted to sign me up for the highest priced plan. I was bringing my own device from another carrier, which was paid off, yet they added the mobile device insurance without consulting me or informing me of the option and additional expense. It was not until I was walking out the door that I was informed of the additional expense being added on top of the wireless service plan. Had the representative been fully transparent in the options and prices of each plan or add-on, they would have otherwise received a 5-star rating."
