"Took my family to relax for a few hours. Parking wasn’t so difficult and it was manageable to get comfy at this beach. I would like to come back and get in the water. The view is gorgeous especially because we can’t see oil rigs on the horizon. Would like to do a beach clean up. Beautiful location. Welcome to EVERYONE."

"Great place. Short beach, so it's not a far walk from the car. They have restrooms and warm, outdoor showers to get the sand off. Parking is free if you find a spot. Small waves to play in. I saw surfers and snorkelers. Some people were playing football. People brought easy-ups, beach tents, umbrellas, chairs, food... I just had a blanket to sit on, but it was fine. We will go back. It was a perfect 75° day, with a light wind. I drove 2 hours from Hemet, where it was over 100° so it was a perfect day."

"Crowded but amazing beach, you can feel the slow vibe in the city. For me it’s also a historic place because my family is connected with it as many people came here to spend some time."

"I had a great time here. It was dog friendly clean restrooms. I loved the little camp store with food and drinks for purchase and the band that played. The only negative was our gas can got stolen they actually cut the chain that it was attached to which is a little desperate and scary.. It probably happened between 1 and 2 a.m so be careful with any generators or things left out."
