"Just wasted a day with these people. Had an appointment at 10 am to replace my tires. Showed up and they said they actually didn’t have them and come back at 3. Called to confirm the tires had arrived before coming back and they told me to come in. Originally told me it would be a 90 min wait. Then told me when I arrived it would be 3 hours. Waited here for 3 hours until they were about to close and then they told me it would be another 2 hours. What a joke. Taking my business elsewhere. Suggest you do the same."

"I made an appointment online for Dec 31 @ 2:30. Someone called me back and said that they actually didn’t have any appointments available for that day since they were all booked up. I then proceeded to reschedule for Jan 1st at 12 noon. When I arrived the attendant checked my car and then went inside to get me set up. First off he tried to oversell me on the service which he said was going to be around $115 for a full synthetic oil change. The guy I spoke to on Sunday said it was going to be around $70 for the blended synthetic which I mentioned to him. Why didn’t he give me that as an option?? Then he proceeded to tell me that it could be up to a 2 hour wait to get the oil changed. I asked him why that was since I had an appointment. Basically the bottom line is that appointments mean nothing and they just fit you in around cars that are being worked on. I had been on a bike ride which I cut short specifically to be able to make my appointment on time."

"Save your time and money. Horrible service. Incompetent and rude and 2 hours over estimate to change two back tires. Changed wrong ones after confirming four different times. Will never trust this store with anything again. Sergio and Miguel have not been properly trained in proper customer service."
