"Went in for brake service on my 2017 i3. Formerly a Vista client, the new Carlsbad location is huge and very accommodating. Was greeted quickly, a SA assigned. SA was informative. Suggested my brake job might require new rotors, was later notified new rotors were not necessary - that's impressive, as usually we assume services will be added on! Dealer service is probably always pricier than independent shops, but for convenience and comfort, this was an excellent experience."
