"They have a new car wash and I decided to use it, it did not clean my car entirely. So I took it up with the cashier and the cashier told me that he's not authorized to do anything about it so I asked him if you can call the manager or somebody and he says there's nobody to call, so I asked him if there's an emergency who does he call and he says no one. I did this all in a calm and polite voice there was nothing wrong with my demeanor I just asked him if he could just put it through again one more time and see if it finishes up and he told me he's not authorized to do that. So I will no longer be coming to this Exxon Mobil and if you need gas there's an Arco farther down Del Amo towards Santa Fe."

"At least this gas station has working pumps that accept credit cards. Although, they do not work if you need to refuel more than once in one day. If this is your situation you must go inside to pay which is an extra inconvenience and hassle to figure out how much gas is needed before refueling. Great station for one time use but not for repeat customers!"

"My parents have lived in Carson for years and I frequent this Mobil Station on occasions unfortunately they have changed ownership and the level of customer service/professionalism has gone down. Rude service which I thought perhaps was an isolated incident but came back this morn to use car wash and same little man closed doors on customers. Sign said back in (5) minutes but to do that as people are walking in is not good business. Was angry at myself for bothering to even stop there...Only spend your hard earned money where people treat you with respect ...Too many more options for gas around there.... Lesson learned."
