"The parking attendants there are rude. First off there is really no clear sign on what to do and on the App it make sure you update your vehicle profile and indicate that if you have the pass and that is done then you can drive on through. Nothing about stop to show your parking pass to the attendant. So nobody want to go to a concert or a game just to not show the parking pass. So they just need to relax and explain to the patrons that instead of yelling at them"
