"I've only visited the convenience store twice, both times in the last week, but on both occasions, the staff worker was not only helpful, but for 5:00AM, he is always positive, polite and professional. Late last night, when I arrived, the store was closed until morning. I had walked over since I only needed the convenience store. However, when I realized the store was locked, I began to walk away. This same worker was on-site, and the moment he saw me leaving, he asked if he could help me with anything. Normally, in my experience, store workers won't help you to purchase store items, mostly because it takes them away from their comfortable chair and hot coffee. In this case, I asked if he could help me by grabbing 3 or 4 items. He was more than happy to help, even bringing over an alternative item when he didn't have exactly what I was looking for that day. I honestly was so appreciative of the gentleman's help, that I insisted on tipping him $5. I normally don't do such spontaneous tipping. It's always nice when, on occasion, your expectations are far surpassed."

"I went to 2 other gas stations in area for air for my tire and it was the only one out of 3 to have a good working air pump. Now I know where to go when I need air for my tires when I'm in the area. The customer service was good as well."
