"the man on the cash register is not polite at all. I’ll not come back here"
"Very rude and disrespectful employees. One of the pumps malfunctioned and the attendant refused to listen to the issue that I experienced. I will never buy gas there again."
"Needed to get air for my tire the guy wouldn’t give me free air he said he had to buy some thing so I tried to buy something for a quarter then he said no you had to buy something for two dollars even though the sign out says buy anything and you get free air on the air machine. So some lady Standing in line behind me bought a water bottle for me for two dollars so I get air and then the guy locked the door to the front of the mobile Station and Would not allow anyone in or out and refused service to me and would not give me air and treated me like a criminal I thought it was for free in CA and I even had a lady buy me a water bottle to get air how come you’re treating me like a criminal and your lock in the door and refusing service ? Long story short even when you try to buy something just like the sign says to get air they still won’t give you air and treat you like a criminal lock the door and won’t let anyone in or out"
"the old man working tonight told me my total was $5.76, the register said $5.76; tell me why, after i gave him $10, did he only give me $4.20 back? i know it’s only four cents but, like, no sorry? no “oops”? just a blank stare."
"the 5 stars go to the person taking care of the oil change workshop... he was clean (!!!), extremely knowledgeable, not only did a good service, but checked air pressure in my tires, water level for the windshield washer, for the motor's radiator... and gave me a more than fair price when I paid in cash. he looks very serious, but his behavior is extremely polite and well intended.... not like most oil change places I have been."
