"The customer service provided by the short gray-haired Hispanic lady was extremely unsatisfactory and requires significant improvement. She displayed a lack of knowledge regarding mobile payments and, when unable to scan my barcode, walked away, dismissing the issue with an "oh well." This experience was both disheartening and frustrating."

"Chevron, Please find out who the middle-aged female Hispanic gas station employee is at 101 S. Sepulveda Blvd., El Segundo, CA who worked Friday, July 28, 2023.between 5pm and 6pm -- then FIRE HER! I tried to buy a lottery ticket AND SHE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME! SHE WOULDN'T WAIT ON ME AFTER I WAITED IN LINE! SHE SHOULD BE THROWN OUT!"

"Just pump your gas and leave even if you are nice and respectful the day cashiers have no knowledge of what customer service is implying that they have been trained in customer service is blasphemy I work down the street for over a year and come in often and everyday the same person is extremely rude. I’m actually surprised he still works there If you don’t pump gas be ready to have a probably limit of maybe this amount or this since they don’t even know what it is. This location needs to review in depth the performance of there workers I’m surprised the manager allows a joke of a service to continue. You would be better off putting a automated machine for your cashiers like the McDonald’s next door."

"Informed the cashier that the hand drier in the bathroom (located inside the Chevron section, not McDonald's) is broken and won't turn off-- you know, because I'm courteous and environmentally conscious. He says "you need to tell McDonald's because they're in charge of the bathroom" LOL. No you lazy sack, YOU need to tell them. I'll be on my way."
