"ATLS advertise a flat rate and send you the authorization. Then when they pick you up at the airport they submit a second authorization for additional fees. Their price when from a flat rate of 165 to 265. ATLS just put the second charge through with no authorization. Totally unethical. I would not advise using ATLS"
