Went in this week with bigger issues at 8am and they had me out, service completed, with thoughtful/not gatekeepy answers by 9a. Nice folks, all around dependable service, price, and work."

"Easy in, easy out for a quick flat repair. But not sure why they'd leave the engine idling the whole time... Also, these guys don't use torque wrenches. Observed technician use the air wrench to gorilla the lug nuts on. Didn't think much of it, but when I went to remove that specific wheel to DIY my brakes, I needed to stand on my lug wrench to get the lugs off. 1.5 ft wrench x 150 lb me = 225 ft-lb to break loose the lug nuts. Thumbs down."
