"Update on 10/21/2023: Picked up my Tesla at XSiv in the afternoon on 10/19/2023. As promised, here is my update. Found two tiny issues: a small scratch on the tinted windshield and tiny PPF air bubble on the headlight (length of a rice grain but thinner and not observable unless you look at it in a very close distance). The tinted windshield was completely replaced at no cost. Headlight PPF was further cured with heat to remove the air bubble. Overall, I am very happy with XSiv in both the PPF installation and excellent customer service! Check out the pictures! Update on 10/19/2023: So happy to write an update to my previous review. Today, I brought in my car at XSiv for post-curing inspection. I handed over my card key to Will and he mentioned he will do a thorough inspection of any issue post installation. I will update a final review once I get my car from XSiv today. Stay tune! Posted on 10/15/2023: I recently had the pleasure of getting Paint Protection Film (PPF) installed on my 2023 Tesla Model Y at XSiv, and the experience was exceptional. XSiv truly goes above and beyond when it comes to PPF installation and customer service. From the moment I reached out to XSiv for a quote to the completion of the installation, the customer service was outstanding. They were responsive, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable about PPF and it's benefits. I felt well-informed and confident in their expertise. The quality of the PPF installation on my Tesla was flawless. XSiv's team paid great attention to detail, ensuring that every inch of my car was covered. I couldn't even tell that PPF had been applied because it was so seamless and clear. The finish looked just like factory paint. I have the glossy one installed. One of the aspect I truly appreciate was the detailed explanation of the PPF installation process by Will, the expert at XSiv. Here's a breakdown of the process. 1) Assessment: Will thoroughly inspected my Tesla to identify areas that needed PPF protection, such as the front bumper, hood, side mirrors, and fenders, including tinted windows. However, I have decided to go with the full body PPF installation and tinted windows installation as I feel confident with XSiv expertise, my car body paint and headlights will be protected for years to come, including keeping my Tesla cool from the heat in Southern California. 2) Preparation: The car was cleaned and prepared to ensure that there was no dust, dirt, or imperfections on the paint before applying the PPF. 3) Application: Will and his team applied the PPF with great care, making sure there were no air bubbles or imperfections. They used high-quality film that was virtually invisible. 4) Inform and Update: Will provided some pictures that were taken during the PPF and tinted windows installation to keep me posted of the progress. I was thrilled to see the works on my Tesla and very much feel please to be informed of the progress. 5) Curing and Inspection: After the installation, the PPF was allowed to cure, and the car underwent a final inspection to ensure everything was perfect. 6) Delivery: I was given my car back, looking as good as new, with comprehensive protection against road debris and minor scratches as now my car can self-heal itself under the sun. Will also reminded me not to wash my Tesla and to bring it back after a week for a thorough post-curing inspection to ensure the PPF is perfect. XSiv will do a car wash on that day as well. I am impressed with XSiv remarkable service. In conclusion, XSiv and Will's expertise in PPF installation on my Tesla was top-notch and above my expectations. The customer service, quality of work, and detailed explanation of the process left me thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend XSiv for anyone looking to protect their vehicle with PPF and tinted windows."

"Once I found XSiv I called and Will answered and we spoke - and I instantly felt heard and understood. They walked me through pricing and services and we landed on what I wanted, which was window tinting! They tinted my front passenger and front driver side window 15% and it looks so good. He also explained how it will help block out the sun rays which was very important as my car is dark grey with a black interior and it gets HOT in CA! All in all, I had such an amazing experience. "What a solid experience this was. Just purchased my Tacoma and as most know...you gotta have tint, not just to keep the temps down or provide UV protection but to make the truck look great. I made a few calls (Thousand Oaks/Westlake/Newbury Park area) and just didn't feel it until I called Xsiv and spoke to Brian...it was a done deal after that. He was professional and honest whereas the others seemed to be the "take a number and we'll get to you as soon as possible" which didn't sit well. We agreed on a day and time to drop off and pick up and they were spot on, timing was as planned which made my day that much better. End result...PERFECT. The ceramic tint looked great and the quality of install was factory.
