"Very disappointed! I made an appointment and called the day BEFORE the appointment, to make sure of the pricing of the services I needed, and confirm that I would be able to receive services (on a Saturday) prior to them approving the service claim. As the maintenance package provider is only open Monday- Friday. The woman who I spoke with confirmed EVERYTHING was good and confirmed, for my appointment! She stated that I could have the services performed on Saturday, and they would worry about the billing on the following Monday, since I had my information and proof of an active service account. Of course, I arrive at 7:00am, for my scheduled appointment, and I'm told 1) the services I requested were $30 more than what I was quoted over the phone, and 2) the service claim would need to be approved prior to the service, since the provider is closed on weekends! I was told that the schedulers who answer the phone don't know anything! Then why confirm things you don't know!? Why not have me speak with someone who does know!? Or better yet, just say you're not sure! I could have had the claim approved on Friday, when I called to ask about the service claim process. Someone could have requested approval of the claim prior to my appointment. Time and effort wasted! I was attempting to have my vehicle serviced here, because it's closer to my home. However, I'll now just go to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. Dealing with these misinformed people was a total waste of my time!"
