"Title: Do Not Trust King of Prius – Avoid at All Costs I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a 2008 Toyota Prius from King of Prius, specifically from a salesman named Sam. I initially trusted their positive reviews on Google and regret not doing more thorough research. Let me start by saying this: if you value your hard-earned money and your peace of mind, avoid this company like the plague. First and foremost, the catalytic converter in the car is not California compliant, nor is the extension. Essentially, the vehicle is illegal to drive. This is not only dishonest but also highly illegal and dangerous. When I discovered these issues, along with a list of seven other significant problems that I won’t even go into detail about, I immediately called Sam to request a refund. Not only did he refuse to take responsibility, but he also claimed none of these issues were under warranty and abruptly hung up on me. This level of disrespect and betrayal is absolutely appalling. I am currently in the process of taking legal action against King of Prius. Their lack of integrity and blatant disregard for the law and customer satisfaction is beyond unacceptable. I feel completely scammed and disrespected. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. There are plenty of reputable dealerships out there – King of Prius is certainly not one of them. Save yourself the headache and find a dealer who actually cares about their customers and the legality of their vehicles. Look at the pictures I’m not just making this up!"

"Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time/money doing business with this King of Prius. They knowingly sell vehicles that have very little life in them, after that 30 days, you will defnitely have something go wrong with the vehicle. It's plenty of honest dealerships around"

"I was on the market for a used car back in Feb and ended up buying a Buick from these guys. When I initially saw it online (after 2 months of going to see cars from other dealerships/by owner, that didn't look like pictures, or were in terrible condition), I was able to get an appointment to look at the car same day. They were easy to work with and car looked exactly like pictures and test drove well (despite squeaky brakes which they offered to fix if bought) but I was worried after past bad experiences that there would be something wrong with the car despite it being a seemingly good deal. Although their policy wouldn't let me get it checked out by a mechanic before purchase, they were able to give me a warranty on the car so that once buying if anything wrong they would fix/allow me to return it w/in a certain time frame. I purchased, got it checked out the next day by a trusted mechanic and they said it all seemed normal besides 2 tires needing replaced so King of Prius was able to replace those and the brakes for me and it's been running great for the last 8 months since. Very happy and thankful for their amazing service and my car."
