"Don't bother. Had set an appointment for an oil change for 4:00 pm when we took the car in, one of the service advisors denied service saying their last appointment was at 3:00 pm. So what is the point of setting an appointment if the dealership won't honor it ? I called the manager a few minutes after to get some clarity and understand why we had been denied service with an appointment. All he had to say was yeah that makes sense, our last appointment of the day is at 3 because our technicians leave at 3. That makes no sense because of your technicians are gone by 3 who is servicing the last 3 pm appointment ? I asked why there wasn't any communication because I'm sure we weren't the first to set an appointment for 4 pm, he said it was his first time hearing about that, they don't have anyone to manage appointments or to communicate with customers, they can only tell you had an appointment when you check in and even then it means nothing to them. I had called at 1:22 pm to get the final price of an oil change, i got the price and told the employee "sounds good, we have an appointment at 4pm we'll see you later" why wasn't i stopped and asked to come in sooner ? They have no communication skills or care for their customers time. When speaking to the manager, all he had to offer was me to bring in my car at 7 am. First of all, why would you inconvenience me if i was already there at my appointment time. I needed my car serviced on that day. I would have been able to take it at an earlier time had there been some form of communication. But instead, the manager pushed the blame on me saying this all occurred because i chose to set up the appointment online instead of calling. They claim to have no way to change the appointment times available online maybe because service hours should be until 6 instead of 3 pm? Avoid this place."
"Got racially profiled at this location. Scheduled an appointment to test drive the 400 Z on Monday 8/12 and wasn’t told about their “policy” regarding test driving the Z. Upon arriving for my appointment, the salesman, Angel, told me I can’t test drive the car without them running my credit. No other questions were asked and no offer to take a look at the car in the lot/discuss pricing before running my credit. I thought the whole point of dealerships is to sell cars lol"
"I haven’t bought a car in 10 years, but when I say, Esther and Fatima gave me great service understanding and we’re very patient with me on getting my car. From someone that has severe anxiety they made my car buying experience very easy understanding, and affordable to my budget, they work with me to the best of their abilities and I am very grateful Of my 2024 Nissan kicks. I am so very grateful of these ladies I would not have bought in a car if Esther had not been my seller or leasing agent. I will definitely be returning in the upcoming years to Esther And Fatima!!!"
"I had been asked to take my car from consumer affairs of Nissan for diagnostic regarding a transmission issue . I come to pick it up to this & tried speaking to service manager gave me no choices but bringing it back right away (I have medical appointments & things to do in my life which are time sensitive ) for the inconvenience I simply requested to put it back together & refund for the inconvenience"
"I currently work for the Fire service and a as a worker for the state I would never recommend this dealership to any of my colleagues or anybody that I know and I hope whoever sees this review takes it into consideration. I bought a car from this dealership the salesman was (IMAD). I went to this place specifically because they had the car that I was looking for. I spent the whole day there and they didn’t even have the car there they brought it all the way from Lancaster adding many more miles to it then they had put that it had on the contract. I waited all day for them to bring it then when finally did the car had a service light and a couple of dents which the salesman (IMAD) promised and insisted they would fix. I trusted his word on it took the car home paid for an oil change the next day and took it back he told me to come the next week to fix the dents. Two days later the car started having transmission problems and the issues just spiraled from there they had me going back and fourth every other day to take it back and that they would take care of it making a lot of excuses such as ‘the guy that does that is not here today’ and that I need to call them ahead of time when I had gone the days they told me to. They finally took the car in for the transmission problems gave it back to me three days later and it still continued to have problems I took it back and they kept it for almost one month I literally just drove back home put the car in park and it said that it was still in reverse I put the e-brake and its just stuck like that in my drive way I keep calling them to see if they can pay for the tow truck and they keep transferring my call and sending me to a voicemail, the manager (MOHAMED) also kept telling me they would take care of it and now he does not even want to speak to me when I called they asked for my name and they quickly said that he was not there. I have also attached pictures of proof. These people are a scam and very unprofessional I hope whoever reads this finds this helpful and never purchases from this dealership, such people should not even be in business."
