"As far as the item ordered ,it was as described, unfortunately it was not the correct fitting for my vehicle, ordered december 27th and received jan 2. i asked about a refund and received an email from autotalent with an attachment from the company the product was ordered, assuming this was a 3rd party purchase i emailed back and forth starting janurary 2 up until today janurary 11th. Explaining that the item doesnt fit my vehicle and finally recieved the return address with instructions as well as a 25% restocking fee on item .i explained the item in words and pictures that it wasnt even taken out of the plastic.still no other reply . I just would have liked auto talent to have gone up to bat and taken the unused item back without the fee or worked with the restocking fee."
