"How do you have a manager that has horrible costumer service. Not one smile and robotic like service. Management has to do better with their selection in who they pic for management. Thank you to the young lady with short hair that works there and is bilingual for helping the older gentleman."

"This place is very Hit or Miss depending on the time that you come in to ask for parts not that the service is bad but just at the lines could be 10 to 15 people long when there is someone asking for a specific part or they don't know what part they want and it just takes the team member longer to help the person. Other than that saw the location to come to"

"Ron (She) helped me today. Finding parts for my vehicle was beyond difficult and daunting, but Ron, with the most positive energy, knowledge and WILLINGNESS to take the time, was able to get MOST of what I needed. The rest of the parts are absolete and NO other car parts store has them. It is individuals that make and break good customer service and Ron has made me stay loyal to Autozone. Thank you Ron!"

"Not all the employees are bad at this location. However Isaiah is horrible my windshield wiperblade was broke. I drove there paranoid in the storm tonight and he was beyond rude to me. I pray I never have go to that location again. I plan on contacting the district manager due to the treatment i recieved tonight. And too add insult to injury he is black and so am I. Hurts"

"Line almost going out the door, phone constantly ringing and being ignored ,one person helping customers. 4 or 5 other employees walking around . never coming here again. Even though I had bought the part online and was just picking up an online order it still took over 20 mins to be helped If this wasn't the only store that had the part I needed I would've walked out ."
