"Came to look at a nice Toyota Rav 4 Offroad vehicle that was for sale at the South Bay Lexus and these morons left me and my buddy locked in. How do you not notice a customer's vehicle parked by the exit or worse, not notice two adults walking around looking at the used Cars section. Shouldn't it be customary to check that everyone is off the lot prior to closing the gates. Worst of all, it's a freezing night, I have no sweater, and I can't even wait inside my car because I'm walking around trying to get someone to unlock the gate for us. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Kiss that car purchase goodbye. Taking my business to a place that actually cares about their customers!!! Update: It has been over a month now and not a single rep from South Bay Lexus has offered an apology."
