"I recently had a very disappointing experience with this dealership, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. The level of unprofessionalism and deceit I encountered was truly astonishing. My primary issue was with one of their salespeople, Shawn. From the very beginning, Shawn's behavior was unprofessional. He consistently provided misleading information and made false promises to lure me into visiting the dealership. He assured me over the phone that the car I was interested in was available and even gave me specific details to entice me. However, when I arrived, it quickly became clear that his claims were nothing more than bait and switch tactics. The car Shawn promised was nowhere to be found, and he attempted to push me towards other vehicles that were either more expensive or didn't meet my needs. His demeanor changed drastically once I questioned him about the discrepancies. He became evasive and dismissive, refusing to take responsibility for his dishonesty. Overall, my experience with this dealership and Shawn, in particular, was extremely negative. The combination of unprofessional behavior, blatant lies, and bait and switch tactics has left a lasting impression on me, and not in a good way. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this dealership and avoid dealing with Shawn if you value honesty and professionalism."
