"The Torrance location was the worst experience. Paul was assigned to my sisters car. He’s barely at work. If he says he’s gonna call you back, he doesn’t. My sister had to call her warranty just so they could get the ball rolling. He didn’t reach out, when the information was provided. I talked to other staff members there, and they were rude. When asked to speak to a manager twice they seem to never be available. The service was an all around nightmare. My sister went to pick up her car and still no manager. Do better. They don’t deserve one star."
"Do not bring your vehicle here. Not sure why I came back after last time when the service department had our Pacifica for 2 months. This time, they've had it for two weeks so far. No rental car. They don't answer any calls or messages. Finally heard that it was a power drain and they had to have someone from Chrysler walk their tech through it because the on site tech didn't know how to fix it. Not kidding. Then, they came back and said it is the starter and it costs $1,500 to fix a starter. This is mostly labor. Four hours of labor at $275/hour. Better wages than a lawyer. Whoever is leaving 5 star reviews on here must be either related or they are paid plants."
"One of the worst experiences I've had with a Dealership long story short got a brand new charger I noticed after the fact a paint chip and some plastic separation on the left back seat I hadn't even driven the car more than 300 miles I took it in for a part defect they had to fix and mentioned the issues to the service manager he not only tried to blame me for those issues he refused to help ontop of that after waiting 6 hrs for them to just check my tire sensors which is insane they then proceeded to lock my cars turning signals so when I tried to leave my car had another issue when I called the manager back out he tried to blame the problem on me AGAIN! asking if I did any electrical work on the car mind you it's brand new only 300 miles and I even paid for a $7000 warranty why would i do any work to void my warranty? when we figured his mechanic pushed a button and caused the issue I said I didn't feel comfortable bringing my car back he told I can just go somewhere else after spending almost $60000 it was a slap on the face I did nothing wrong and was treated like trash"
