I have other enterprise locations near me in Gardena but the reason why I come is because the staff is super friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to deliver exceptional service. Rudy has been my go to rep there. Ask for him and he'll take care of you. Courteous and cool dude no doubt. Thank you to Rudy and the team. Service is immeasurable!"

"The customer service at this location and the selection of cars was astounding..I was in and out in 10 minutes. This was my first time and I needed a car in a hurry and they were there. Enterprise I give you a perfect 10..Thank you to the entire staff."

"This has been the worst “rental” experience. The two employees in duty today obviously were just ready close up shop even though they were open for another hour. We flew in and made prior arrangements, with the understanding with the location that the driver just recently surrendered his CA license since moving out of state. Made sure over the phone that the temporary DL would work as long as passport or other form of ID was present. When we got there by Uber, the not so gentlemen took one look at the two forms of ID and said they don’t accept out of state permits and handed it all back and sat back down. We explained we had received confirmation yesterday and he said they couldn’t help us, we would need to try somewhere else like the airport but that it would be more expensive. Although upset, we asked if they could provide transportation since that is a service they have and have provided in the past. He told us since it is Mother’s Day they do not have any drivers and they could not help us,(it is in fact not Mother’s day). Asked to speak with the branch manager to see if there was anything we hey could do because we just came all the way over here. They said he is out of office and unavailable. We left and had to spend an extra $50 in Uber charges to get the LAX and their customer service was much more professional and kind. Although it was more expensive due to airport taxes, they were helpful. Not to mention, two people with physical disabilities came in to this location while we were there and could not access the check in desk due to their being stairs. When asked where their ADA entrance is, they said, “those doors are locked and remain locked.”. They didn’t not offer any assistance to the individuals. My mother has a physical disability in her legs so this struck a core for me. I would not recommend going to this location if at all possible, they don’t actually care about the customer or professional service. 0 Stars!"

"Great experience, very accommodating helping change my reservation from another location while maintaining my booked price. Also, they walk you out to the vehicle and check the car over with you. That rarely happens but I like the personal touch in a world that seems less and less personal everyday with the use of automation. My only question is why I still try using other rental car companies. Enterprise is consistently among the best rated by customers from price to service, and although I am a slow learner, I am finally figuring that simple fact out! Shout out to the nice gentleman who checked me in and took me out to look over my car. Also, a thank you to Sarah who checked me in and finalized my rental."

"3rd or 4 time renting from this location. Great service from the staff and got a slight upgrade as they didn’t have the car I booked. Car is cleaned both inside and outside before they hand the car over to you. Everything is done quite quickly and the process was very smooth."
