"Can't say enough about Gary Wasserman's help in getting my new Lexus ES350. After contacting a few dealers on my own, I began to realize, I was so damn naive in thinking I could negotiate with a car salesman. These sales departments are armed with people who are really well versed in doing all they can for the dealership, not the customer who walks in their door. Using a car broker, is really the only way to go. Gary was my "go between", and he knew just how dealers operate to maximize their profits. No problem there, everyone should make an honest living. However, buying car these days requires negotiating skills, time, and in-depth knowledge of what you face in entering into the arena. I am a retired college professor. When we talked on the phone, and I was satisfied with the deal he made on my behalf, he got the dealer to send a salesperson to drive my new car to my home. Thus, we completed the paperwork on my living room table. Gary was at my side during the process, monitoring the entire transaction. So, I got the car I wanted, just the way I wanted it equipped. This was all done with all of us satisfied. Gary earned his fee from the dealer. I do hope the dealership was generous, given the time Gary devoted to accomplish what he did.
