"I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Juan and Chris! I inquired online about a Countryman. Within minute, Juan reached out. He was timely to respond via email and consistently provide me the information I was asking for. I went into the dealership the following day for a test drive. Juan was extremely patient to walk me through the vehicle details, meaning of trims, difference of years, etc. Once we started talking about the nitty gritty details and options between financing and leasing, Chris introduced himself and was kind enough to offer his own experience of his family driving the Countryman. The two of them made it so simple to make a big decision. I’ll probably knock myself over the head for this, but at this time, I have not purchased from them (they were transparent to let me know a tech package I was looking for is out there). I would 10000% go back to South Bay Mini. Hands down!! I’ve talked to two other local Mini dealerships that are not even a quarter as knowledgeable, helpful, and keen as this team."

"Worst Experience at a Dealership ever - I was expecting for it to be pricey but not replace everything 5k+ pricey when I came in for a standard oil change and a routine check-up. The salesperson/ guest experience person, Chris, I was talking with was nice and patient with me. But when my friends came to pick up the car, because it took almost 2 days to do a 30-minute check, the individuals they interacted with were rude and less than helpful. Later that week took my car to a transmission repair place and they said everything with fine with the transmission BMW MINI South Bay wanted me to fully replace. I walked away from this experience with a $560 bill - and nothing changed about my car, not even the complimentary car wash. When my friends asked about the wash - the attendant dropped the keys in her hands and said "Have a nice day" THE LEAST YOU COULD HAVE DONE WAS THE COMPLEMENTARY CAR WASH!!! Terrible customer service - DO NOT GO HERE!"
