I simply wish to purchase a car, but they only show themselves selling to Americans of Asian decent. Am I welcome? I don't feel like it."

"***BE AWARE to new buyers*** They will try to sell you a used car that needs to be repaired immediately and pretend that there is nothing wrong with it. I bought a car from here a few months ago and I had an intermittent problem starting car from the day I purchased. I took it to the mechanic and I needed to pay $884 to replace my engine starter. They were very adamant that they didn't want to pay any money for me to replace the starter even though it should've been replaced it before I even purchased the car. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership at all."

"[Added on 7/10/2020] I used this store to sell my vehicle on my return home country. It was open as usual without any effects from the corona and had good sanitation. The staff's explanation about the appraisal price was easy to understand and I signed it after I was convinced. [First post in Dec. 2019] Very kind staffs and excellent service. Although this is the first time I own my car, I didn’t feel any anxious thanks to their support. They suggested reasonable options for me and explained the details well. Also, pick-up service from home was very helpful for me."
