"I have been to this service center location twice, and this TO area team (prior location) another 2 times. Every time, I have received exemplary service from the front office to the techs in the back. And usually while the teams are overloaded with work with all of Tesla's downsizing. While they are not perfect, I have always been serviced and treated fairly and equitably."
"Tesla and its service centers are rapidly going downhill. Took my vehicle in for service at a set time and date. Found out on arrival that they did not have the parts. They wanted me to leave my vehicle there for God how long because they did not want to put the vehicle back together. I told them that I couldn't because I needed it for work. Days later, I got a call stating that they now have the parts. Went back and found out that they needed an additional part, and it has to be sent out for painting. Why on earth did they ask me to come in if they don't have it all together for the service? They felt bad and offered me a loaner while the vehicle is in service. Days later, the vehicle got fixed. No communication with the service department staff. Had to drive in to see them physically for answers. Showed up and waited in a line with no one manned the service area. Picked up my vehicle during off hours. They put the vehicle back hastily or something. Parts are misaligned. I tried to submit a new service order but was unable to because the previous service ticket was not closed. They left it open. This is a second time that has happened to me. Left voicemail and email for them to close the ticket. It is almost a week now with no response. I even called the other service centers, but they could not close the ticket stating that only the place where the original ticket was opened can close it. They were nice enough to forward the message to my service center. So far, no response. I called multiple times and each time I had to go through the prompt and then went straight to a voicemail where their voicemail box is full so I was not able to leave any message. Had to call daily and hours later just to leave a voicemail."

"Really impressed with this location. Came in for a battery fuse replacement and was in an out in under an hour. All the staff were super helpful and the lounge area clean and comfortable. Not sure why such bad reviews, I would recommend this location for any Tesla service/ repairs."
"TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SCAM! I am not complaining about the wait time. I can understand if a company is having a busy day. My issue is the bad service. As soon as I got there I waited at the service valet for 5 minutes until I had to go up to one of the employees ask what to do/where to go. Afterwards I waited at the service parking for 30 MINUTES past my due appointment time and had to ask an employee AGAIN to help me with my car. FYI they didn’t know I was waiting until I told them. In the end I talked with the guy that serviced my car. He told me that they do not contact 3rd party warranty companies. He said I had to pay first then call the warranty to get reimbursed despite the fact I called the warranty company days prior and them telling me to give Tesla their contact so they can cover the charges. I told him this and he still stuck by his word. The warranty company is not willing to cover the charges since I had already paid out of pocket. So much for calling the warranty after paying. Absolutely terrible and I do not recommend anyone to come here unless you prefer bad service and losing money."
