"Updated, manager worked with us to wave the extra day charge due to timing of the after hours return policy. Greatful for that and understand this change was due to the landlord. The shift will still likely prevent us from utilizing the location going forward though. OriginalUniformed of policy change after booking. Thanks for billing an extra day we didn't want and wasting another work day for drop off. If we'd been told of the change, would have gone elsewhere."
"Agent was horrible upon picking up the car, he had no customer service skills. When I went to return the car there was only one agent, who wasn't in the office and was wandering around the lot. I was told he was out there for 20 minutes, I waited another 5 minutes and he finally returned to the office. He took one look at me and said "are you returning a car?". I answered in the affirmative, he then reached out his hand for the keys. Very abruptly he grabbed them without saying anything and continued to help previous customers. He didn't say another word to me. I left without anything from him saying I had returned the vehicle. Horrible customer service. I will NEVER rent another car from them ever!"
