Before I even got inside, a mechanic met me outside and asked what I needed help with, which was great customer service at first. I asked for a tire rotation and was told I could receive one right now at a price of 29.99 plus tax. Everywhere else around the area said free of charge. Strange, but I went along. I was told to follow the mechanic to the garage in my vehicle and did I. Then suddenly, I was told to stop, and the mechanic approached the vehicle. He said that, unfortunately, I would need to pay for an oil change to receive the tire rotation. Mind you, the oil change was quoted at $129. I left! I hope this can help others with making a decision to give this place their service or not."
