"I stopped by Big Brand in Camarillo yesterday with no appointment. I needed one tire to replace my spare, and I wanted something inexpensive. The man at the counter (I forgot to get his name) was very friendly, didn't try to up sell me, and said they probably could squeeze me in between a couple of larger jobs. He gave me a wait time of 20 minutes, but I was paid up and gone in 15. I'm extremely happy with my experience, and will definitely go back."
