"My mom purchased a Corsair from this dealership in 2024, a 2023 model, and to our dismay, there was no pre-inspection recorded before delivery. On the very day of delivery, the car failed to start, with multiple warning lights illuminating the dashboard. It was an immediate red flag, prompting the salesman to return the car to the dealership. What followed was an unsettling proposition. Instead of rectifying the situation transparently, the dealership offered a mere $34k for a car valued at $50k, insisting on selling her another $50k car for $43k. It's disheartening to see such tactics, especially when my mother, at 80 years old, seemed to be targeted for a one-sided exchange that favored the dealership. This unofficial arrangement, spearheaded by the Dealer, felt exploitative and concerning. Fortunately, my mother declined this questionable "offer," but the ordeal didn't end there. Attempting a buy-back was met with unjustified denial, later discovered to be due to insufficient time spent at the dealership. Subsequent attempts at resolution were marred by resistance and misinformation. For instance, the service manager misled the manufacturer regarding the timing of issue confirmation, adding to our frustration. It's disheartening to witness such disregard for honesty and customer welfare. As we navigate the arduous process of a potential second buy-back, I can only hope for a genuine resolution from the dealership. My current advice stands: steer clear of this establishment in favor of one more cooperative. In contrast, our experience with Tesla has been nothing short of exceptional. When faced with a minor trunk issue, a technician promptly visited our home. Despite being unable to resolve the problem on-site, we were provided a Tesla with complimentary charging, without any hassle. This level of service and care is a stark contrast to our ordeal with the dealership. We've found our loyalty lies with Tesla, and we won't be returning to the dealership anytime soon."
