"This rating is for the one on 5th and ventura rd. I love the atmosphere,. These guys are very helpful. Great team work. They make you feel like when you walk into a friends house and everyone already knows you. The girl is nice too and helpful but if she weren''t to shy, she could be better."
"called ahead of time (at 2:55pm on january 15th 2024) asked if they could test an alternator AND if need be if they could jump my car since i have been having issues with my battery. guy on the phone says yeah, they could do both of those things. get there ten minutes later to be told by the cashier, no, they could not do either of those things. had to ask a stranger in the parking lot to jump my car to get home. thanks guys!"
"Workers seem like they genuinely don't wanna be there. Gonna stick to Autozone or just order my stuff online."
"great place to get hard to find parts as these guys will help locate the part, order it, and select the right tools or fluids need to complete the job."
"Used to really like this location and the people there where helpful. recently they hired a new guy with piercings and he’s costumer service is poor. Can tell he’s trying to do anything to save the store money even if it’s potentially dangerous to customers or maybe just doesn’t care . Brought in a leaking battery under warranty still and tried to ask me if it still held a charge after I told him it wouldn’t start the car and charging a leaking battery can potentially lead to a battery explosion or more acid leak possibly burning someone . As a Mechanic and long-term customer I’m not happy to say the least . Probably won’t come back."
