"Time is Early Sunday 8/25 around 10am with 4 cars only including mines. Off top there was an issue at the booth telling me my rims were too wide. I told the young man I have had my vehicle washed here several times prior and I'd like the $29 outside wash with wheel clean and tire dressing. Went to the wash bay and the guy directing entrance said no problem. I proceed through without issue and head to have the men dry the outside. After a $6 tip, I had to get out and mention everything they were leaving out including wiping down my rims and putting dressing on my tires and they still did a half done job!. Absolutely the worst service I've had at Rain tree. I don't want to be inconvinced and go else where, but I'll choose too from here on out. The one star reviews are here for a reason!"

"I was disappointed to be told they were no longer cleaning the inside of the cars and when I left they were still cleaning insides of other cars. There was also no way for me to exit safely because the cars they were cleaning inside and out were blocking all the exits. I've always really enjoyed having my car cleaned here and supporting this business. Disappointed to see that their service and convenience has changed. I hope that in the future they're willing to clean all cars in the same way as other cars and provide a safe way to exit if you decide not to only have the outside of your car cleaned."

"I paid for the top deal “works plus” for $36.99. They rushed through it and finished super fast, leaving a bunch of stuff behind. I had been hiking the day before but I wash my car on my own regularly. I was lazy and gave them a try. This was my back mat. I used a wet wipe I had to see if the dirt just wasn’t coming up. But they just skipped it entirely. I didn’t expect a $300 detail but I did expect more than this. I could add 10 more pictures of the dirt left behind."

"I went today for the first time to this establishments and I was impressed. I wanted to get my pick up detailed and I was taken care off by David. He was extremely professional and left me speechless with his attention to detail and the quality of work he did. I was relieved to know that he was there to take care of the truck because he knew exactly what I was expecting and delivered more than expected. I will be coming back and if you need a detail be sure to speak to David because you will be satisfied from start to finish. "I went on a Saturday afternoon, and my vehicle was done within 25 minutes. Barely even had time to start reading the book I had brought along. The crew did a great job, and they have shaded seating for your wait. Note that if you have a MINI Cooper, you won't run through the automated wash, because the vehicle is too low. That was fine with me, I didn't notice a difference in the job they did."
