"Even though I made an appointment, the "mechanic" behind the counter laughed at me when I arrived for check in, as if I did something wrong. The parking lot is tiny and jam packed, with a six hour wait time just for a simple tire rotation. Their service is "Meth'ed" up. Don't waste your time here."

"Very shady. Tried to sell me on new front brake pads. Conveniently, they told me my current pads were “worn down to 1 millimeter.” So, I purchased new brake pads and went to install them myself. My old brake pads were perfectly even with plenty of life left on them. Not cool."

Josh and his team went above and beyond to diagnose the problem for her, and actually advised us about an engine recall that we were not aware of regarding her vehicle. "When people go out of their way to help you solve a problem, not in the description for your appointment, and were efficent anyway, well you have to say, that was a good experience. Needed new tires, my mechanic in Marin Co said I'd be risking life without new ones. I shopped around and couldn't beat Big O Tires price. (O stands for opportunity) I told Joshua about my check engine light aluminating, my car wasn't running right. They looked into this for me and came up with the issue.
