I called first and they have the item in stock went to the Petaluma O’Riely store and Nestor helped me I bought break light bulb for my car and asked him if he can help me install that. Nestor installed the bulb in less than 5 minutes for free. I tried to pay him but he said no. I was very surprised, you don’t find people easily these days who are willing to help you. Very good experience at O’Reily today"

"I purchased wiper blades for my 92' Camry at an O'Reillys off I-80 months ago and thought I could change them myself. When I couldn't figure it out I didn't know if a different O'Reilly would change them for me. As it was, Anthony at the Petaluma location was so nice. He showed me how easy it is to do and of course changed them out for me. I really appreciate how helpful he was, and very nice about it. I will definitely take care of any auto supply purchases at this location. Good customer service really makes a difference."
