"We went in to try out this branch. Same clean restaurant. The place wasn’t packed so we got our orders in for BBQ Chicken and BBQ Beef. The orders came out fast but noticed that the portions from this branch are smaller the kitchen only scattered the portions to make it look like it’s a lot. Comparing this to the store on Lakewood in Downey. We are not coming back to this branch anymore."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. Let me know how long it would be for my food to come out so I wasn't shocked about the wait time (15 minutes is honestly pretty good). It was a family pack order plus 2 meals. Food was delicious, fresh, and greatly proportioned. We fed 7 plus had enough leftovers for dinner for 4 people. The place was exceptionally clean even in the men's restroom. I always liked the arrangement of the chairs and tables. Definitely my fav Ono to go to."

"I love this place but was my first time at this location. I rated 1 star on food because my katsu chicken was either over cooked or had been sitting out a while because I wasn’t able to eat it due to it being way too hard other than that everything else was okay. I was upset because I paid $23 for a meal and it wasn’t how I liked."

"Good food and good prices. The service tonight was great. She was helpful with making a choice and other options available. They were pretty busy but the order came up quick and was hot and fresh. They also made sure i had forks and napkins."

"Great spot for Hawaiian BBQ in Paramount. The establishment itself is very clean and the food quality was great! However, service was a bit slow. It did take nearly 25 minutes for our food to be ready. So don't come here if you're in a rush!"
