Pizza Hut,

"I called for a delivery, the young female rudely said that I was out of delivery range. The place is a bit short of 3miles from my home and I always use this location for my pizza needs. Also, music was playing loudly in the background during my call. I'm going to assume she just simply didn't want to serve anyone because it was an hour and a half before closing which I think is still a reasonable time for a few more deliveries. I hung up to double check that I was calling my usual store. It was, so I called back and asked her to input my address again. Still got the same response. Her actions take money away from the business which might then lead to them having to lay off employees. Coming from a business owner, this made me extremely upset and I hope this person doesn't have a job there much longer. I have since then stopped using Pizza Hut and now using small pizza businesses. Something we should all be doing in the first place."

"Pizza that I ordered came out looking like it sat for days the cheese was dry it was disgusting I don't appreciate display about it. That was messed up the delivery driver seem like she knew my order was a mess and still delivered. The box didn't even have a reciept and my mother was upset about the pizza it looked nothing like the pictures you show. Something needs to be done this wrong."

"Been a while since we ate at PH. But i wanted to try the new melts. It looked small in the pictures but its actually decent size. I think about 3 slices equivalent. I really liked it. The outside is crispy and just right. I would suggest an extra marinara cup because that is also so fresh tasting and delicious. But you dont even need it. Also tried a Supreme pizza and it was also very good with with super fresh and thick pieces of veggies."

"I'm sorry this but particular location generally take forever to deliver every time and I live down the street. Tried their newest pizza Melts and while it sounded and looked like a great idea, I would not recommend it (at least not from this location) it was dry & burnt to a crisp. Not even the sauces they included could save it. The flavors are good and like I said it's a great idea and concept but perhaps if they were just a tad less burnt. Like a light flaky outer crust would be great. Nonetheless staff is kind and amiable."

"I ordered here last week online hoping to eat in the dining room during my lunch with my family (since I only had 30 mins to eat with them) but the guy working at the time said the dining area was closed and it opens at 4pm. It made no sense that they had the dining area closed when there was no sign saying the dining area was closed / opened at a certain time. The worker then said that they can't have the dining area open due to covid and that there hasn't been an inspection for them to allow dine in. Which threw me off because he had mentioned that the dining area opens at 4pm.. So I was confused to why he said 4 pm but then says they're not allowed to have dine in..? Not to mention I've come during my lunch hour at 12pm to come eat here before, even during COVID. I honestly think the worker was coming up with excuses so he wouldn't have to work hard and keep it clean. Anyways, to make things worse, I had ordered 2 Caesar salads with my pizza and I noticed there wasn't any Caesar dressing so I asked for it and the worker then tells me that they ran out of Caesar dressing and if I wanted too, I can use ranch instead but I would have to pay for it even though they ran out. It honestly made me so angry with these employees because they had such attitude and seemed so careless.. I ordered a Caesar salad so I expect Caesar dressing with it not ranch, or at least update your menu and say don't have the dressing that way it stops people from buying things you don't actually have! My family and I ended up taking the salad without dressing because of how upset we were. We came during our lunch time to eat and enjoy the little time we had but it was just awful. We didn't have a car to eat our food so we ate outside the restaurant on the grass area since the dining area was closed. As you can see on the photo. This was by far the most annoying experience with any restaurant."
