"Trying out this location. We've been to the other locations before. Dropped in about 3:30pm, the place was empty. Food came out relatively quick. Food was done right, and everyone agreed it tasted good. Also they offer a good spicey sauce option " En Fuego." That hit the spot. Portion sizes were a good amount. They have a self-serve beverage finished. There is a small selection of bottled soft drinks by the counter. Prices are reasonable with the types of dishes you choose. Trying to get assistance was rather tough. Since hardly, no one was there. Everyone disappeared into the backroom. No one was covering the counter or floor. They offer indoor dining and also a separate enclosed dining area. Both with big screens mounted on the wall. There is an outdoor patio seating area without umbrellas. You do bus your own tables when finished. There are public restrooms available. Parking is tight with several eateries sharing the lot. A couple of handicap parking spots are right in front of the entrance. Next to that, they marked it off for a limited time to pick up orders on takeout."

"The food is absolutely delicious. The service is amazing. Diamond made us feel very comfortable as soon as we walked in the door the ambience is absolutely amazing outdoor seating and indoor seating. Definitely recommend this place and I will be back. The service is great too and I also like how you pay before you sit down and they bring you your food so you can eat and leave conveniently."

"Disappointed!!! We went with a group of co workers today for lunch. The food was okay, but the service was definitely lacking! My friend and I each ordered the 1lb Brisket plate. When the waitress brought out our entree, my portion was noticeably larger. I had 3 pieces of brisket, 4 and pieces of toast. My friends plate had 2 pieces of brisket and 2 pieces of toast which matched another friend who ordered the 1/2lb Brisket plate. When he questioned the waitress she quickly responded by saying I told the kitchen you guys would notice. She continued to insist that the portions were weighed on a scale and that our order was correct. When we compared all 3 plates side by side and pointed out the obvious discrepancy she finally stopped disputing and said she would put in an order for more brisket. It’s disturbing that the waitress would make a comment about telling the kitchen that we would notice the difference, and yet she still argued that we were incorrect. There were other discrepancies with our groups order. Highly suggest management spend more time with quality control. In all, the waitress did ended up making the corrections to what we ordered. We all understand mistakes happen, however in this case there was no reason for the waitress to dispute with a customer. The brisket was decent, however given the service it made the meal less enjoyable. Hopefully they can work on quality control. Keep in mind the crowd was fair to light so it’s not like they were slammed at the time of our order."

"Visited Smoke and Fire Social Eatery at Paramount Downtown during my vacations at Los Angeles and had an amazing experience. This place offers American-style food that is sure to satisfy your taste buds. I highly recommend trying their smash burger loaded fries and smash burger mac and cheese, as they were absolutely delicious. The meat in the smash burger was tender and perfectly cooked, while the fries had a great crispiness to them. The loaded fries were generously topped with just the right amount of cheese sauce and veggies, making them a real treat. Toppings were very well-balanced. Additionally, the refills of drinks were impressive. The ambiance of the restaurant is great, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The vibes are positive, which adds to the overall dining experience. One notable point about Smoke and Fire Social Eatery is that they serve halal meat, which is a plus for those who follow halal dietary restrictions."
