"AWFUL!! so rude!! went in there to buy shoes for work today. The “owner” was sitting on his phone listening to a show on his phone and refused to look up when i called him for assistance saying excuse me. finally he looked up very disgusted and i asked if they had two shoes in the back in stock. he said just try them on. i asked if they were in stock and told him they weren’t my size so it wouldn’t matter to try them on. he was very rude and i said forget it. and he mumbled at me and told me he doesn’t care to get out. very rude customer service. will never be back. do not recommend. coming from working in retail as a manager for years i completely understand. not worth going to. manager called me stupid"
"Terrible customer service. Rude workers all with lazy attitudes and cheap shoes for a reason. Bought a pair of shoes one was broken and I went to exchange for exact same size and color. They wouldn’t allow me to do so."

"I went into the store today looking to buy shoes for work. As soon as I walked in I could tell the associate was treating us differently from the customer that was there already. The associate names Claudia was being super friendly with the other customers but with my sister in law and i she was very cold didn’t really seem like she wanted to assist us, obviously I understand people have bad days but to clearly see that she’s being super friendly with the other customers and being rude to us was not ok. We ended up buying a pair of shoes and as soon as we turned around to leave we hear her start cussing under her breathe which left me in shock because we really didn’t do anything to this girl and don’t understand why she had so much animosity towards us. Would not shop here again"
"Bought the shoes, after 20 minutes I came back to return and the associate refuse to accept the return because the product was out of the box. In any momento she mentioned that they don’t accept anything out of the box, she should inform the customers. I asked to her show the policy with this information about the box and she refused. There is no information about this in the store. I could not return a shoes that I bought in less then 20 minutes in the bag because It was out of the box, does not make sense."
