The gentleman that owns this shop is very sweet and, after reading the most previous review, is offering his products and services at the price that he can afford given supply and demand. After working in small businesses for many years now, can we all please stop comparing small business prices to corrupt/cheap Amazon prices? Anyways, if you want quality labor and products for your appliance this is the shop."
"I called in desperate for a cord to my sewing machine and he said to bring in machine. I did and he said $28 (?) for cord. I told him it was on Amazon for $8, he said then order it there. I then asked for senior discount and i got it for $18. I understand local places cannot match online prices. I appreciate discount, but it was a mixed experience."
"We took a brand new vacuum in for repair because it was locked in the upright position. We planned to pay for the diagnosis & repair. The owner clearly didn't want to assist us when we walked in. He made it sound like he probably couldn't fix it & quoted $70. just to look at it. We took it home & in less than a minute, my husband looked at it, loosened 2 screws and it works great now!"
