"I enjoy going there. But I wish they had the the dollar plus section here. They don't."

"Good store, decent deals on some items. Can easily stop here for that one stop shop on the way home for work for some food items, cleaning supplies and health/beauty products if needed."

"Refused to take a package that was within the FedEx shipping guidelines and properly labeled because it would take up too much space on the shelf. Their definition of a shelf, is sitting packages on the floor behind the counter. This policy was not posted or listed online and when asked what dimensions are too big the employee picked up a slightly smaller package and stated, "this is the biggest we take, store policy". This seemed very biased and unfair to customers!"

"Everytime I’ve came in here they only have one person on register while others stand in the back, some behind the register taking their breaks, and some stocking or acting busy, won’t buy no frozen food here. Everytime I have it’s made me sick and never tastes right, I’ve gotten alot of food from here with mold on it, I’ve even boughten toilet paper here several times that’s had mold on it as well. Most of the employees are no help. The younger ones seem to be the only helpful ones. There’s a number of issues I’ve found and I’m a regular shopping here. Past few weeks I prefer to walk to Safeway. I’ve decided I’m done coming here. And I’ve been overcharged over a dozen times and they always say they can’t help me. I’ve never been to a dollar general with such horrible service. They were great when they first opened but now no good. Employees are very impolite as well. The younger ones are kind but I can positively say I have not had one positive experience here. Very sad was excited for their opening but now just wishing for a new better store. Or better management even."
