"I use to send all my prescriptions here and my sons medications because we go to open door down the street but I will never come back again due to the a new person they hired."

"I’m tired of going in to pick up my medicine, only to be told it’s not ready when it should be and I have to come back tomorrow. This is happened more than 10 times. We shouldn’t have to make two trips to pick up 1 prescription. This is ridiculous. The only reason you get 2 stars is that you are the only place that can fill this script….for now."

"I sent a refill in on a Monday via the app. I had not received a text that it was ready, so on Friday, I called to get the status. They answered and put me on hold ("a couple people ahead"). I was on hold for 28!!! minutes before I gave up and hung up. That is absurd - even with customers in the store, they shouldn't leave people on hold for 28+ minutes. I drove down, a half hour, and was told they were ten days out filling scripts. Way too long. I went over to Rite-Aid and it was filled within a couple hours. This is not a one-off. A couple months ago, my Mom had one take ten days also. My husband went in a week ago to see if they carried a med our dog needed (vet was out) and he said the whole pharmacy area was filled with angry people saying the same thing. Go elsewhere."

"Go elsewhere fast. It’s a mess always. Hours are never consistent. The workers seem unhappy and not willing to want to help. Few do care, I appreciate them, but this pharmacy has only cause me more stress. Please save your sanity & time. Hope it gets better."

"Meds sent over yesterday. Went in at 3:30 (next day)to pick up and was told it would be ready at 5. Go in at 5:40 and still not ready. Asked when they would be ready and they said “I don’t know, but we close in an hour.” Mind you, these medications are needed post surgery and we live quite a long ways away. How are these meds not filled when sent a day prior? And to act like it’s not a big deal after coming in twice, is terrible customer service. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs."
