"This place is awful. They know glassware for distallation is hard to come by in southern california and they totally take advantage of it. There prices are almost triple compared to other alternatives. The glassware is super fragile compared to other alternatives. They do not answer there phone. I've had to drive to there san bernadino store (which is 2 hours away) for them to tell me they dont have a part. They told me there LA store has it which is another hour away. Then I get there and they are out. Honestly if they would at least answer the phone I would of kept buying from them. The guy told me they rather have people come in to ask questions, so the can upsell you on other stuff (those were his exact words). I've also have ordered stuff online and have received it broken. I am no switch back to ordering all glassware from china. I can say its stronger and better quality, and actually ships faster then xtractor depot."
