"It's Best Buy. If you need it that day or if you want to see it in person it's a fine store. Otherwise, you can probably find it cheaper online. I mainly buy phone cables there because the ones on Amazon can be knock offs and it's hard finding the right fast charger."

Ashley toughened only provided exchange option. I am still under 14 days return policy. Ashley even said so talk to customer service….She seems not care about customers feeling. Bought a defective mouse and then you asked customer do exchange only? Not sure why she could be a store leader. If you can go other location please avoid stop by this store."

The staff basically told me to deal with it and buy my own stand which is not what you want to hear when you pay $900 for a TV. "Products in Excellent condition look brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs — and include all original parts and accessories (or a suitable replacement)."
