"I brought my laptop in because the battery wasn't working. They could have charged my $80 to replace the battery but they went out of their way to discover that I only needed a new charger. Ended up paying $20 for a new charger instead of $80. That's integrity in my book. Excellent customer service. Knowledgable staff. Highly recommend"
