"Parking garage was not accessible tonight. It’s a big is PROBLEM! The parking garage ticket machine was not allowing the arm to raise so vehicle’s could enter the parking up to allow access? I asked Target security about the parking garage which is the only place to park and where the entrance of the store is located. Target Security man told me that the parking garage is the responsibility of the Apartment management company located above the target store and there was nothing he could do to help anyone about vehicles not having access to the parking garage? He said and that target customers just had to find a place to park on the street?"

"This is the worst Target I have ever experienced, options are extremely limited. Terrible customer service. It feels like it's just a small market store, not a Target. Definitely don't recommend shopping at this one. It's awful."

"The Worst customer service I went in there to buy a portable charger for a trip that I was going on. I saw a lady not really sure of her name. I just know that she had really short red hair. I asked her could she help me get something from electronics very helpful. She said no problem as we started walkinf Somebody stops her and they need something out of the case, not knowing if they were gonna take a long time She should have told them to hold on a second took that up to the front so I wasn’t left waiting but five minutes past She still not at the front I walked back there she is helping the customer and answering all questions instead of asking for somebody to come get the item to take it to the front or asking that customer to hold on a second and taking care of me since she was assisting me first. As many times as I come in there never dealt with customer service like I definitely will Not be back"

"Almost everything is locked up, from deodorant to razors. I have to call an employee for each row and case. What I thought was weird, is a lotion I use by CeraVe that is $20 was not locked up. Once an employee retrieves your item from a case, they have to take it to the front of the store. Good luck, I hope you remember all the items you sent to the front. If they don’t, it’ll stay right there, because all the items are mixed up. If you get an item from the many cases you can forget about using self checkout. This is too time consuming if you have a lot of things to get or you’re in a hurry. I live within walking distance and refuse to shop there because of this. The employees are wonderful and extremely helpful! This Target should think about another way to stop theft without making it difficult to shop. Perhaps have employees standing near the isles so they can quickly unlock the cases. They should have a cart with customer’s names, and add all the case items to the cart cubby so the cashier at the front isn’t searching for ALL the items that had to be unlocked and taken to the front (separately)."

"The neighborhood Target. It a few item of this and few items of that! I was greeted at the door. The store is stocked. The association’s are will to help. This store is clean with a in-store Starbucks☕️. There are five self checkout and three cashier. The parking is a garage free the first hour. There after is an additional fee each 15 minutes. You can order ahead and pick up your order in this store."
