Rack Room Shoes

"I walked in today to buy 2 pair of shoes. I am a senior who just drove back from Myrtle Beach , and politely asked the manager John Green if I could use the restroom ..He rudely told me " You are NOT using MY restroom ! It's not a public restroom !" I said I wasnt the public, I'm a customer . He told me to go elsewhere to use the restroom .I said what if they tell me the same thing as you ..He then said "That's your problem !" I have never been spoken to so rudely by any store associate in all my life . I will NEVER give my business to a store who hires someone so rude and arrogant .This guy should not be in customer service and should go to work at the DMV where that behavior is more common. I would give him a big fat ZERO for a score , but it is not offered as a choice ."

"This is the smallest Rack Room that I have ever seen, but I had a good shopping experience there. It was very neat and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Because of its size, they can't stock everything for everyone. The selection of men's and women's dress shoes was limited, but we still found shoes that suited us. There seemed to be a broad selection of athletic footwear."

"We shopped for dress shoes for my hubby. There was a good selection even in his size which is sometimes hard to find, and prices were good. There was a buy one pair get one 50% off special. An improvement over the last time we shopped there years ago--both shoes in the box were the same size. We thought seating stations for trying on shoes were a little skimpy. We only saw two in the men's section."
