Target

"Today 1/1/2024 I purchased a soundbar from the Target app for a store pick up. A little over an hour later I make it to the store to pick up. Where then I was told- “You’ll have to wait a 2 hour period” because I’m in a queue. So I say “sir, can I simply to grab my item and you can take me of your queue please. It’s already been paid for” “ Nope. You gotta wait” was what I was told. He then said “you can go get another one but you’ll have to pay for it and then do a refund for your other purchase” My mind is being blown at this moment. I cannot pick up my own item and if I do I have to pay for it again. Absolutely atrocious pick up system. Staff is completely incompetent. No manager on duty for me to speak to. And to top it off the store was in a complete disarray. Garbage. Target is just as bad as Walmart."

"No carts available and boring merchandise...could not find anything fun/cute to purchase. This has happened with the last 3 Targets we've been to....Acworth, GA; Hickory, NC; Greensboro, NC. We do travel/shop through TN, GA, NC frequently and haven't found anything to purchase at Targets within the last 6+ months."

"This is my Target of choice. It has the Starbucks (which has occasionally had unfriendly employees but nothing too bad) which is great, and everything is usually fairly orderly. Never had a real problem here. Bathrooms are decent most of the time."

"Anyone care to explain to me how Walmart is in better shape than Target? This is impossible to shop in. I'm not digging through piles of clothes to try to find something I'm looking for. This location has been like this for months....MONTHS."

"This Target was horrendous when I got here. The place was filthy, unorganized, & a lot of items were left on the floor. I have never been to a shopping store this messy. I never leave reviews, but this place really needed one with hopes that employees will clean and tidy up the place. Who really wants to shop for clothes when they’re all on the ground?"
